Cancellation Policy
If there is a situation where a substitution is not possible, we do have a cancellation policy.  Please note you must cancel before the specified dates below in order to receive a refund (where applicable).

  • Cancellations received before February 24, 2015, receive 100% refund.
  • Cancellations received between February 25 - March 30, 2015, receive 75% refund.
  • Cancellations received between March 31 – April 28, 2015, receive 50% refund.
  • Cancellations received between April 28 - June 9, 2015, receive 25% refund.
  • Cancellations received after June 9, 2014, no refunds will be allowed.

If you do not wish to cancel, you may send a substitution by sending an email to Delegate Relations ManagerJeremy Caci at jcaci@techtarget.com with your name, company, contact information and your replacement’s name, company and contact information. He’ll make that update and will send both you and your replacement a confirmation email.
