Each presentation time slot at BriForum will be 75 minutes. If a proposal requires more time, it should be split into two parts. If the proposal is accepted, a summary of the presentation that will be published on the BriForum website and in the attendees' conference guide. Things to Know

The conference requires non-exclusive publication rights to submitted presentations including the publication of audio and video proceedings. Copyright is retained by the author. In the event that a deadline is missed we reserve the right to revoke any offer to present.

Conference Environment

Our projector will be 1024x768, so make sure that any demos you have work at that resolution. We will only provide VGA connectors to the projector, so if your laptop is DVI-only (like a Mac), make sure you bring a VGA adapter. Each breakout room will have two presenter lavalier mics, and one hand-held mic to be used for Q&A. If you need any additional mics, talk to us ahead of time and we’ll see what we can do (but we might not be able to accommodate you). We will not have laptop-based audio capabilities, so if you plan on showing a demo video with sound from your laptop, then you’ll need to use your external speakers on the laptop.

Speaker Benefits

All BriForum speakers will receive a refund covering their airfare and accommodations for the event and free conference admission. Additionally, all speakers will be invited to a very special speaker’s event.

  • Submissions containing trade secrets or accompanied by non-disclosure agreement forms are not acceptable and will be returned unread.
